Book Club brochures were sent home last week with your child.   There are some fantastic bargains if you are looking to be organised for Christmas.  Don’t forget online orders only at Scholastic Loop.

I had a parent email me today sharing her family’s Christmas charity idea for 2017 which I thought was fabulous.  Nina said

…my sisters and I have bought charity gifts previous Christmases (goats, chooks etc) but this year our families are going to go shopping for secondhand books to give each other and the challenge of picking something different we think they might like.

What a beautiful idea, don’t you think?  Recycling books to nourish our hearts and minds, while making environmentally ethical choices, what’s not to love? Thank you Nina for sharing.
